Strawberry Lemon Butter

As summer fades away, I find myself still grasping for the flavors of the season. Luckily, we still have a few warm, sunny days left. Savor the taste of summer with this delicious strawberry lemon butter. It is perfect melted on pancakes! How would you eat strawberry lemon butter?

Strawberry Lemon Butter
Ingredients for Strawberry Lemon Butter

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. fresh strawberries, diced
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Hull and dice the strawberries. Mix the diced strawberries, powdered sugar and lemon juice into the butter. Once mixed, pack the butter into a ramekin and let cool for approximately 30 minutes prior to serving. Alternatively, you can roll into a log using plastic wrap.

Nestled in between Cuisinart and Breville, our butter churn stood out as one of the most beautiful and unique products there.
