Returns

Returns happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why we have a 30 day return policy for all products at Churncraft. Here are a few details if you’re making a return:

Churncraft will reimburse the original purchaser, provided that the following three conditions are met:

(a) the churn is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date

(b) the churn has not been used

(c) the churn is mechanically and cosmetically in a ‘good as new’ condition.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer.

Used items cannot be returned. In the event that a used item is returned, you will not receive a full refund.

Please contact us by e-mail prior to shipping your churn to obtain a return authorization code. We will not be able to accept churns that are shipped to us without a return authorization code.

If we authorize a return and, on inspection, the churn fails to meet the conditions listed above, we will return the churn without issuing a refund.

On average, it will take us 5-10 business days to process and complete a return.

Any exceptions made do not constitute a change of these terms.
