Sweet butter that is bright pink?! A perfect Valentine's Day treat! Try this raspberry jam butter on waffles or pancakes. I personally loved it on a toasted English muffin.
1/2 c. homemade butter
1 tbsp. raspberry preserves
5 whole raspberries
Using a spoon, blend the raspberry preserves into the butter. Once mixed, add whole raspberries to the butter and blend thoroughly. The fresh raspberries add a great burst of flavor to this butter!
Shape the butter into a log using plastic wrap. Refrigerate until butter log is firm – approximately thirty minutes.
