I am always looking for new recipes to enhance my vegetable dishes. This is the perfect way to spice up cauliflower. Melt a few tablespoons of this compound butter over roasted cauliflower – your kids will eat it right up! How would you cook with cumin cilantro butter?

Ingredients for Cumin Cilantro Butter

1/2 c. homemade butter
2 tsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pink himalayan sea salt

Finely chop fresh cilantro make sure you don’t chop the stems, they are very bitter. Using a spoon or your hands, mix chopped cilantro into the butter until well combined. Add in the cumin and sea salt. Blend well.

Shape the butter into a log using plastic wrap. Refrigerate until butter log is firm – approximately thirty minutes.

Between his charisma, fascinating stories of the rich and famous, and delicious food, it’s easy to see why.
