Blueberry Honey Butter

by Jojo Frey July 23, 2014

Blueberry Honey Butter

This butter is a heavenly accompaniment to breakfast breads, like toast or an English muffin. I love it on fresh-baked biscuits with just a touch of extra honey! How would eat this blueberry honey butter?

Ingredients for Blueberry Honey Butter

1/2 c. homemade butter
1 tbsp. fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. wildflower honey
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mash up blueberries using wooden muddler or the back of a spoon. Add blueberries to softened butter.
 Blend in honey and cinnamon.

Shape the butter into a log using plastic wrap. Refrigerate until butter log is firm – approximately thirty minutes.
