Kristin at Mother Earth NewsJojo and I embarked on a seven hour road trip to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. We had three incredible days exhibiting at the Mother Earth News Fair in Seven Springs, PA.

This was our first time attending a Mother Earth Fair and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Not only did we get to teach people all about Churncraft and cultured butter, but we learned so much ourselves! Thank you to the amazing team at ME News for organizing such a fun, educational, dynamic weekend.

Truffle butter is a great way to preserve the aroma of truffles. Chefs recommend using truffle within five days or so. Aside from freezing it, making truffle butter is a good method to preserve the flavor. But, let’s be real… ain't no way truffle butter will last more than a few days in anyone’s fridge!!
