Churncraft will reimburse the original purchaser, provided that the following three conditions are met:
a) the churn is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date,
(b) the churn has not been used,
(c) the churn is mechanically and cosmetically in a ‘good as new’ condition.
The cost of shipping plus a restocking fee of ten percent of the purchase price will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer. Please consult the applicable fee schedule on our website.
Please contact us by email prior to shipping your churn to obtain a return authorization code. We will not be able to accept churns that are shipped to us without a return authorization code.
If we authorize a return and, on inspection, the churn fails to meet the conditions listed above, we will return the churn without issuing a refund.
On average, it will take us 5-10 business days to process and complete a return.
Any exceptions made do not constitute a change of these terms.
